Board and list views
Work in columns, or switch to a list you can sort, including by when each task was created.
Search and filters
Search a board's tasks, and filter them by assignee, tag or priority.
Files on tasks
Attach images, PDFs and documents to a task. Up to 10 files per task at 10 MB each, with 100 MB per board.
Description history
Earlier versions of a task's description are kept, so a paragraph someone overwrote can be found again.
Archive and trash
Archive a finished task to keep it with its comments and history. A deleted task can be restored for 30 days.
Notifications
Hear about mentions, new assignments, comments on your tasks and cards moved by someone else. Add push notifications or a daily email summary in Settings.
Analytics
Charts show where work is sitting, how long tasks stay in each column, and completions week by week.
Read-only links
Share a personal board with a public view link. Visitors can search and filter, but never see assignees, comments or attachments.
Works on a phone
Kanbedu runs in the browser on a laptop or a phone, so there is nothing to install.
