Overview
Know Which Groups Need a Hand.
Every group's progress on one screen, kept up to date while you watch, with the groups that need a hand listed first and the reason for each.
Waiting, on your schedule
Cards stuck in progress too long get flagged as Waiting, and you choose how long that is for your class.
Groups that never started
A group that has gone quiet gets flagged too, even one that hasn't made a card yet.
Overdue means one thing
A task is overdue at the same moment on the board, on the Overview and in the grading export, so they never disagree.
Unusual Activity and Participation
How the Work Got Done, and Who Did It.
Unusual Activity points out tasks with an unusual history, and Participation shows how active each student has been on the board. Both are prompts for a conversation, not grades.
Unusual Activity
Flags tasks whose history looks unusual, so you know which ones are worth asking a group about. A flag often has an ordinary explanation, so treat it as a question to ask.
Participation
Shows how much each student has contributed to their group's board, so quiet contributors and quiet passengers both stand out. Read it as activity, not achievement.
Activity Over Time
Each group's page charts its board across the term, by student or one kind of work at a time, so you can see whether a group planned early and kept going.
