Mentions

Comments can now pull a person or a task straight into the conversation, and doing that actually reaches people. Underneath that: almost everywhere in Kanbedu now has its own URL.

Comments can @-mention people, and #-link tasks

Type @ in any comment for a picker of everyone on the board, students first, teaching staff under their own heading. Type # for a picker of the board's open tasks, to link straight to one. Both track the person or task rather than freezing the name you typed, so a rename still shows correctly on every past comment.

Mentioning someone now sends them a notification, and so does commenting on a task assigned to you, getting assigned to a task, or having your card moved by someone else. Notifications are clickable too, and take you to the exact board and task instead of just the homepage.

Every panel and board now has its own URL

Monitor, Integrity, Roster, a group's board, your own personal boards and their analytics: all of it used to sit behind one URL that never changed no matter what you clicked into. Each now has its own address, so you can bookmark a group's board, send a direct link to Roster, use the browser back button to return to where you were, and refresh the page without getting bounced back to the start.

List view shows when a task was created, and can sort by it

The list showed title, phase, priority, assignee and deadline, with no way to tell a task raised this morning from one that's been sitting since the start of term. Sorting by it is the half that makes it useful: oldest first shows exactly what a group has been carrying since day one.

Monitor catches groups that never started

Every existing Monitor warning was about a card: one stuck in a column, one overdue. A group that made no cards at all, or made some and then touched nothing for days, looked exactly as healthy as a group making real progress, since there was nothing per-card to flag. Monitor now shows “No movement in Nd” for a group with no activity of any kind in 5 days, the same window Monitor already uses for a stuck card.

And a batch of fixes

Re-importing a corrected roster CSV now shows you exactly which already-joined students it disagrees with, and moves them only once you confirm it. Beyond that: a redesigned deadline picker, a searchable Settings list, a real favicon instead of a blurry serif K, more graceful handling of repeated failed logins, and a long list of smaller polish and reliability fixes.
